The whole home is available for your use (except for the garage). On a rare occasion, I may need access to the garage or the storage room, but would arrange that with advance notice to minimize any disruptions.
I am often around and available and would then be more than happy to help and provide guidance on the Greater Phoenix area as well as Arizona sights. I am available by email and voice/text and have a local partner that can help guests when I am traveling. My co-host is also available by voice/text so between the 2 of us we are here to help make your stay comfortable!
Great park with playground, basketball and volleyball courts is just a short walk/minutes away and perfect for kids. Many restaurants and shopping options within 2-10 minutes drive and some within walking distance. A fantastic running/biking trail along a canal is accessible nearby, and runs for many miles both north and south. Several family activity centers within walking distance offer indoor trampolines, obstacle courses and a skate park. Our location is really great and there is so much to do nearby! Historic Downtown Chandler continues to develop, just 1 mile away, now with many restaurants, bars, and theaters. Chandler is the high-tech hub of the southwest, receiving a great deal of national recognition. We are seeking respectful guests that are aware that they are in a family-oriented, residential neighborhood that appreciates peace and quiet. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm - 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use Minut and/or NoiseAware decibel detecting technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest (and neighbors). We cannot accept cats due to allergies, but do accept small/medium dogs. Please keep your furry friends off of the furniture please. ** The first $100 of water usage and first $400 of electricity usage are included each month. During July-August-September peak summer season in AZ, a refundable electricity pre-payment may be needed. **
